TV & Audio Cabinet Equipment

IMPORTANT: Cabinet doors must stay open for air while equipment is being used

TV:

Open the TV side of cabinet (left side) For TV, press the little TV symbol on the universal remote. This will automatically turn on the TV, speakers and cable box.  If something doesn’t come on, press the little TV symbol again—sometimes the system doesn’t turn on the first time.

Then scroll up and down on the channel bar for the channel you’re looking for.

To watch a DVD, press the little movie symbol on the universal remote. This will turn on the DVD player (into which you’ve already placed your DVD), the TV, and the speakers.

Trouble shooter: there’s a little Help button on the universal remote that can guide you through some trouble shooting issues.

Audio:

Close the TV side of the cabinet and open the audio (right side of cabinet) turn everything on: surround sound system, receiver and cd player. The iPod cord plug-in is on the left side of the components.

Use the buttons on the receiver to select AM/FM , CD, or iPod.

Adjust general volume with volume on receiver, or adjust speakers themselves by using the surround sound system.
