Important Facts
- * Two night minimum stays will be available only when booking within 30 days of the requested dates. For example, if you wished to stay only two nights at Via Miraleste during an open weekend in July, you would only be able to place a two night reservation during the 30 days before the desired stay. Otherwise, all reservations placed more than 30 days in advance require three night minimum stays.
- We accept payment by Check, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Palm Springs Tenant Occupancy Tax (TOT) is a mandatory hotel tax paid to the City of Palm Springs by registered vacation rental owners. Our TOT permit number is 4765.
- After your stay, your security deposit will be refunded in full if Via Miraleste is left in great condition with no damage.
