I can’t say enough about Susie’s place, it is without any doubt the nicest place I have ever rented and I have rented many. There are no surprises here, it’s exactly as advertised. Beds are all top notch, kitchen is the best one I’ve ever used in a rental by far. The best part of this place is the back yard without any doubt, including seating for 25 people (yes, I counted), a beautiful pool at 84 degrees and a very nice hot tub that was very hot at 104 degrees (nice after a day on the golf course). Backyard speakers are really good quality which ads a nice touch. The grounds at night are very attractive as well and it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood. Next time I’m in Palm Springs I will not even look elsewhere, I know where I’m staying. Good job Susie!!!

The photos of Via Miraleste speak for themselves. When I was searching for a rental for my 30th birthday weekend, as soon as I saw them no other house compared. This had to be the place I would enter a new decade. What I did not expect was how thoughtful and thorough the owner, Susan, would be. She responded within moments of my inquiry with a warm call. Her helpfulness continued as I planned my trip — with recommendations galore. Upon arrival, my guests and I were stunned at how thoughtful she equipped the house. Not only is every switch and knob labeled and the towels perfectly placed, but the kitchen comes stocked with every gadget you’d ever want. With a spacious layout, multiple areas to sit, eat and relax (not to mention a boiling hot tub), our stay was flawless. After such an incredible weekend, I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Palm Springs.

We enjoyed a family vacation with my two sons, their wives, and two 12 week old twins. The home was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed the walks into town, the Tram, hiking, and golfing. The restaurants were great! We loved Palm Springs and the location of this home. The owner Susie was amazing. She was very helpful and so easy to work with! The home was very clean, the beds were amazing. We loved having coffee each morning out on the covered patio. Also loved cocktails in the evening with a beautiful fire pit view! We plan on going back every year!

This was the single best desert experience I have ever had! Traveled with a group of girls for a bachelorette party. Owner is amazing and overly accommodating an the place is gorgeous! Everything is very modern and spacious. The layout is absolutely perfect to entertain. Great common areas, yet easy to find privacy, everything you need to feel at home. The yard is enormous with poolside layout room for all. Everything is provided, and in hindsight I’m actually embarrassed at how much we overpacked! Kitchen is large and fun, packing your own food really gives it a good homey atmosphere. Great location, easy cab ride into town and restaurants and bars, shopping, etc. Although we were from different households and families, every one of us said we’d definitely be back! Enjoy your stay!

I stayed at Via Miraleste for my 40th with eight other friends and even before we stepped foot into the house, Susie had been in communication with me making sure that there was not anything else I needed to make my stay exactly how I wanted it. Communicating directly with the owner rather than some management company made me feel as if the stay was more personal to me. Even some of my friends who can be somewhat critical loved every bit of the home and how perfect it was for our weekend. One of the main reasons I picked this home was not only for the aesthetic beauty of it, but for the heated pool and spa! She even offered to turn the pool heater up to what I wanted and sure enough, when we got there, it was Perfect! Other rentals I called would only allow the pool to be at a certain temperature and it was NOT the temperature I wanted. When we were in the backyard, it felt like it was just us and the mountain view — the yard is completely surrounded by foliage for privacy. The location is amazing with grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and touristy things only a few minutes away. Susie has really thought about what people need and want when getting away as the house is full of all the little extras that your own house may not even have. Having stayed at Via Miraleste and working with Susie, my 40th birthday weekend was one that I could have only dreamt of and I really do consider myself very lucky to have had it where I did. It doesn’t feel so bad to turn forty, especially when it happened at Via Miraleste!
